To say that Chris Montgomery is a miracle worker is an understatement. After searching for
a home for four months and putting in many offers, we finally made the decision to switch
gears and try a new realtor. We started working with Chris and ended up prequalifying for
more than we realized and we got the first house we put an offer on! Chris was able to help
us navigate the financial end of things in conjunction with our lender which simplified the
process. I truly believe that switching to Chris is what it took to finally get a house that we
loved and our offer accepted. He doesn’t sit back and wait for things to happen, he MAKES
things happen and represents his clients in the best way possible. We appreciate Chris so
much and will forever use him for our buying/selling needs.

All I have to say is Lynsey is THE BEST OF THE BEST! We began looking to sell and buy in December of 2021. We didn't know what to expect or if it was even possible with our situation at the time. We owned a home and needed to sell it in order to get financed for a new home that would suit our family. We reached out to Lynsey and she immediately got the ball rolling. Mind you If I'm not mistaken she was on vacation when I initially reached out. My husbands dad kinda took the reigns and "hooked us up" with a private buyer that was supposed to be a cash buyer. Lynsey stepped aside with the sale of our home. Even with this deal being "by owner" Lynsey helped us and stepped in when needed. That deal fell apart and Lynsey had our house photographed and up on the market in about a week, possibly less. The kicker was she already had a buyer lined up even before it hit the market. That buyer was solid and Lynsey was precise when it came to listing price, negotiations, inspections and doing what we needed to do to get the deal closed. Lets not forget she got us almost 45k more for our home than we anticipated. While in the process of the first deal that fell apart we found our dream house. This house was everything our family needed and a home that seemed out of our reach. It was pending already but I stalked this house and the moment I seen it back up for sale Lynsey was making contact. It was 10pm when I messaged her and within a week we were making an offer (the other realtor was slow to get us a showing). Our offer was accepted out of 3 total offers with ours not even being the highest offer. I know our offer was accepted because the reputation Lynsey has and they knew they could trust her that our sale would go through. They already had 2 contingent offers fall through prior! So when the sale for our home collapsed and had to be relisted and sold Lynsey held the deal together for our new home that the sellers could have backed out of. Again, her reputation and persistence made this happen for us. She even worked out a deal for us to rent until closing (we were out 30 days at this point). That was a sign of her confidence in her ability to close this sale. All worked out and we closed the sale of our house on-time and the sale of our purchase the day after on-time as scheduled. If your looking for someone who cares and will get the job done Lynsey is your girl. She kept everyone: us, our buyers, the sellers of the new house, the lenders and title company in line and on-time. She is thoughtful of ALL the details and her knowledge is far beyond what's necessary. Oh not to mention she is nice, personable and easy to work but most of all trustworthy! From initial contact to the selling and buying of our new home was 4 months total!

Jeci not only helped us find the perfect home, she has since continued to help us feel at home in our new community. I give the highest recommendation for her and her team.
