We used 5 Star for our first time home buying experience. We were so lucky to have Bryan Crabbe as our real estate agent. We were able to trust him, take in his pointers and advice, so much so that we purchased a house without ever setting foot in it. On top of it all, we got to the house and loved it even more. Had we not been taken care of via Bryan, we may have gone the rental route or even looking into base housing at Fairchild. However, he just made it so easy and allowed us to see the value of setting down roots here in Spokane. I would highly recommend 5 Star and their agents, but would invite someone over to dinner to recommend Bryan Crabbe individually!

No way there’s a better agent in the Spokane area! The local market has been insane these past few years, and Jeci has been an essential part of finding and closing on the perfect homes for several of my family members. She has always put her clients first, whether they’re already local and looking (she helped my sister and family close on the cutest home at the height of competition), or even if they’re out of state and trying to move (she helped close on the perfect home for my mom while she was halfway across the country). She also helped another family member with the smooth sale and simultaneous purchase of her home(s). Jeci Adams was an awesome realtor to work with, she helped my brother and I with selling our Mom's house after she passed.
